These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNVT. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before opening an account, choosing a plan or using international routes. Plan benefits are determined by the Plans page and your order records. Service Scope
VPNVT provides international route connections and subscription management, with coverage across 110+ countries and 150+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can obtain client software and subscription details through the panel and use the service on supported devices.
The network acceleration service does not include memberships offered by third-party websites or apps. Account eligibility, regional rules, content licensing and fees for other services are determined by their providers. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website, piece of content or feature.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; a username and password are sufficient to create an account. Keep your password, subscription link and login session secure, and do not publish subscription details publicly. If you discover that someone else is using your account, change your password promptly and report the situation through a ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This benefit applies to the account holder’s own devices. You may not resell or rent a subscription, or share your account or subscription link with others. Unlimited devices do not permit using a subscription to provide network services to others.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Choose a plan based on your needs, and check your orders and remaining data in the panel.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are, as well as the rules of the websites and apps you access. You may not use this service to commit fraud, distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property, steal data or engage in other unlawful conduct.
You may not launch network attacks, send malicious software, distribute unsolicited messages or disrupt routes or other users’ connections. When using automated tools, you must also follow the target service’s authorization and access rules. You are responsible for content you submit, publish or transmit.
Availability and Scope of Liability
Connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, the status of the destination service and maintenance. VPNVT does not guarantee fixed latency or bandwidth, uninterrupted connections, or that third-party platforms will always accept a particular exit route.
Maintenance or route adjustments may affect some connections. If you encounter an issue, save the error message and submit a ticket with the platform, route and circumstances. Do not include your account password or complete subscription link.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses resulting from user configuration errors, exposed credentials or changes to third-party services will be handled according to their specific causes and allocation of responsibility. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit rights you have under applicable law.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund, for any reason, within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket. State that you would like a refund and provide the relevant order details so we can verify your first payment and determine the scope of the request.
You do not need to provide evidence of a technical issue to request a refund under this policy. If more information is needed to verify the order, we will contact you through the ticket. Do not share sensitive information such as payment passwords in a ticket. Refund progress is recorded in the ticket; no separate processing or arrival timeframe is promised.
Requests made after the period above will be handled based on the order details and applicable law. These terms do not affect any other refund or remedy rights you may have under applicable law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If you breach these terms through unlawful use, reselling or sharing a subscription, or launching a network attack, VPNVT may suspend connections or terminate account services based on the risk involved. If you disagree with this action, you may submit an explanation through a ticket. Relevant orders and refund requests will still be reviewed under these terms and applicable law.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Material changes affecting subscription benefits or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or panel notice. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits agreed for existing orders. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and ask about next steps through a ticket.
