This policy applies to the VPNVT marketing website and user panel. It explains what data is involved in providing subscription services, why it is processed, and what rights users have. Account management data is handled separately from network activity. When using third-party payment services, please also review the privacy policies of those providers.
Account and Order Information
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not a condition of access, and this service does not require one as part of account creation. Account details are used for authentication, login, and subscription access management. Passwords are sensitive credentials and should not be submitted in support tickets or on public pages.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to verify payments, provide subscriptions, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Data usage and subscription status are used for billing and account benefits, not to infer browsing activity.
When you submit a support ticket, the issue description and any attachments you choose to provide are used to diagnose problems and respond to your request. Share only information relevant to the issue, and redact sensitive details from subscription links, login credentials, and payment information.
No Browsing Logs
VPNVT does not record which websites users visit, or store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history. It does not create network activity records linked to accounts. Connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's network activity are not retained, including records combining the source, destination, and time of each connection.
Aggregated usage needed for traffic billing is not the same as browsing history. Operational status information processed to troubleshoot service issues is limited to what is necessary and should not include browsing content. Temporary diagnostic information is cleared once troubleshooting is complete and is not retained as a long-term connection history.
This position concerns how this service processes data. It does not mean that visited websites, devices running client software, or payment platforms will not handle information under their own policies.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and user flows. Analytics cover pages on this website only, not other websites accessed through a subscription. Support ticket text, passwords, and subscription credentials should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. User panel authentication information may be stored locally. After using a shared device, log out and clear the site's data.
You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies or delete local storage. You may need to log in again or select your preferences afterward. Clearing browser data does not delete account or order records stored on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment providers, whose own rules govern identity checks, transaction processing, and data retention. VPNVT receives the payment results and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Account details are not sold or traded as commercial mailing lists. For payment reconciliation, refund processing, or valid requests made under applicable law, information shared is limited to what is necessary to handle the matter. Browsing history that this service does not hold cannot be provided as a record.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide subscriptions and manage accounts. Order and refund records are retained for the periods required to complete transactions, handle disputes, and comply with applicable laws. This policy does not set a uniform retention period without a basis. Temporary diagnostic information and support attachments are cleared when their purpose has been fulfilled, or unnecessary personal information is removed from them.
Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete information through a user panel support ticket, specifying the account and information involved. We need to verify account ownership to prevent accidental deletion of someone else's data. If transaction records must be retained, we will explain why. Deleting an account may also affect subscription access.
Policy Updates and Contact
Policy changes are published on this page, and the month shown at the top is updated. If the purposes or scope of data processing change significantly, a notice will be provided through an announcement on the site or the user panel. Matters requiring user confirmation will be explained separately; updating this policy does not replace any required choice.
Submit privacy questions and rights requests through a user panel support ticket. For subscription use and refund rules, please see the Terms of Service.
